DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA

Delivery charges are worked out as per your order. All orders will be sent by our reliable courier partners and will require a signature on receipt to accept. Due to seasonal demand please allow 6-7 working days to avoid disappointment. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched and if delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct from the refund the original delivery charges. We will notify you if this is case in order to arrange for new order to be placed if required. Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard International delivery charge is INR 1600.

Please allow up to 6-8 working days for your order. Please note that this charge includes delivery only, therefore international customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. All deliveries will require a signature to accept. ONLINE RETURNS INFORMATION

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with invoice as proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt. Let us know in writing so that we can provide you with address you can return your ordered items.

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges, once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot, therefore we suggest you arranged as tracked or recorded delivery service and for high-value items, that you insure the costs of goods before you send them.

 

*Please note: items excluded from this policy are edible items with specific shelf-line.This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Sale items or special purchases bought during the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or shopping credit if returned in their original condition with proof of purchase subject to the conditions stated above, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 7 days of purchase (whichever is earlier). Any shopping credit issued must be redeemed online by the end of that sale period or promotional event. Items reduced to 50% or below original retail price cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return or exchange your online order, please contact Customer Services at: info@tasteofkashmir.com and our team will be able to assist you.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department at info@tasteofkashmir.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order placed at tasteofkashmir.com please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: info@tasteofkashmir.com

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
